Installing a new AC without checking line set length, refrigerant match, and cooling load is how Greenfield homeowners end up with a unit that never performs to spec. Every quote includes a real cooling load assessment before equipment is selected.
Many new installs never hit their rated efficiency, and sizing or line runs are usually why. Equipment gets sized to the actual cooling load, and line sets follow manufacturer spec, not the shortest path.
The details other installers skip.
We calculate before we recommend.
Multiple efficiency options are available to fit different budgets.
You get a written labor warranty on top of manufacturer coverage.
We size and run lines to spec, since a bad run quietly kills efficiency.
From load calculation to startup commissioning.
A full assessment determines actual cooling demand, not a generic estimate.
We walk through efficiency options clearly, not marketing language.
Line sets are sized and insulated to manufacturer spec, avoiding efficiency losses from a poor run.
Placement is planned, not just wherever's convenient.
We test before calling it done, not just assumed correct.
Old systems get removed and disposed of properly, refrigerant recovered per EPA regulation.
Four steps from assessment to cold air.
We book an in-person cooling load assessment, since accurate sizing can't be done by phone.
Assessment tools arrive on-site for a direct evaluation.
Options are based on real data.
We install, verify performance, and back the work in writing.
Recent reviews from new system installs.
Compared quotes from four companies before deciding. This was the only one that showed me actual Manual J numbers instead of a flat price sheet.

We wanted the quietest unit available since our bedroom windows face the side yard where it sits. They steered us toward a model rated specifically for noise.
— I. Adeyinka, homeowner
Had a mini-split installed in a converted garage that never had ductwork. Clean install, didn't have to cut into any walls we cared about.
— C. Bergstrom, homeowner
Installed new rooftop units at two of our retail locations within the same week. Consistent process and pricing at both sites.

What people ask before installing.
An accurate size comes from an in-home load calculation, not square footage alone is the only reliable way to size correctly.
Depends on your climate and how long you'll own the home, we walk through the math.
A typical install wraps up in one day, longer for complex line runs.
Removed and disposed of with proper refrigerant recovery, to EPA standard.
Both system types are covered, chosen based on the property.
Installation mistakes are our responsibility to correct, free of charge, on top of whatever the manufacturer covers on the equipment itself.
Our coverage spans Greenfield and nearby zips shown here — call to schedule.
